Entering my thirties was a transition.

I was settling into divorced life and our new life here in Sarasota.

I was gaining my confidence back while working on being more intentional with self-care. For me, I started self-care with learning how to do my make up. When I realized that high-school girls looked like they daily had a professional makeup artist at their house, I figured I could learn too. I watched YouTube videos and laughed with friends who were also clueless in the art of contouring. And I slowly figured it out.

However, I was utterly clueless about how to care for my skin.

I bought whatever fad or networking marketing product my friend said would help with fine lines. I bought random items from the drug store. I had no clue what I was doing or what my skin needed, so my routine was the most inconsistent random concoction!

My First Med Spa Experience

When Bowtique Med Spa invited Katie and me to try out their Diamond Glow treatment, I was so nervous.

I had a misconception about what Med Spa is.

When Katie and I walked into the treatment room with the fabulous Amber, Skin Care Specialist, we were already cracking jokes about how clueless we were to all of this. We confessed our bad facial habits, and Amber never once made us feel bad.

The reality is most of us have no clue how to care for our skin.

She asked each of us different questions, educated us through the entire process, and sincerely made me question why I was so afraid I had never done facial self-care!

The Full Facial Experience

Diamond Glow was formerly known as Dermalinfusion and is an advanced skin-resurfacing treatment. It combines exfoliation, extraction, and infusion. It removes dry and damaged skin, does a deep cleanse of the pores, then adds good stuff to your skin. Your Skin Care Specialist helps you pick what's best for your skin type. For me, we did a mix of Vitamin C and Hydration.

The Diamond Glow treatment is a non-invasive treatment that is quick, effective, and affordable. It's a little suctioning massage for your whole face and neck.

I know that my before and after photos have different lighting; however, I immediately noticed my skin was just brighter. It felt insanely clean and smooth. And seeing all the dead skin in the jar was evidence that my face had just had the best cleaning ever.

After the treatment, I spend some time with Amber, and she helped me create a plan to care for my skin that worked for me. Now I wash my face at night with the product I already had, apply Vitamin C, in the morning splash my face with warm water, apply Vitamin C and then add an SPF 30 light foundation.

Super easy for this busy mom!

Save Serious Money at Bowtique Med Spa

Of course, there are tons of options for facials, facial aesthetic injectables, or other skin care options to meet your need. However, who doesn't like to save money? Boutique Med Spa is solely a Med Spa, which means they only focus on Med Spa and Skin Care. Why does this matter? Because there is less overhead, so their pricing is consistently 30-50% lower than their competitors!

Plus, Bowtique Med Spa has over 350 five star reviews!

Grab a friend and go together!

If you have never experienced any type of Med Spa treatments and are a little hesitant, grab a friend and go! Katie and I laughed so much together. It helped both of us get over the uncertainty and made the experience incredibly fun!

I can't wait to go back for round two!
